- Refund Policy - Any purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple’s policies. Please use Apple’s support web site to report a problem with your purchase. Your e-mailed receipt should have a Report a problem link as well.
Merchant of Record
Apple is the Merchant of Record for Mac App Store downloads and purchases. Apple provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments and handles refunds.
All technical support is conducted via e-mail. We strive to personally respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please send support requests
